Getting started is never the problem. Like every new year, new me resolutions we hear, most people tend to only make the effort in the first few weeks and the next thing you know, it’s been months since you actually even exercised.

Make the effort. Losing weight is never hard. Maintaining it takes effort. Gaining muscle mass is not difficult. Maintaining it requires discipline.
